It all started off with me contacting my friend, whom I have not seen for about 2+ years, on face book. She and I met up to update our self on each other’s lives…and also so I can give her some of the old photographs I have taken of her, and we found out how alike our goals and our passion is. She is a make-up artist and a hairstylist that wants to open her own hair salon one day, while I am artist and a photographer who wants to open my own studio some day. She and I clicked and decided to help one another out if one needs help-and she is also now my separate package option with having a make-up artist and/or a hair stylist. Her name is Monica and she has a great personality! The day we met at the cafe, she told me her sister is engaged and she said she would check to see if they were interested in an engagement session. Well…within a couple days..or not even..she contacted me and viola!

The first time I saw Amanda and Nick, I thought she was going to be shy and a little timid while Nick was super funny and outgoing. When I started taking some photographs of Monica doing her hair and make-up, she seemed a little timid, but as soon as I did some photographs of her with Nick, she bloomed to this funny, joyful, and exuberant young woman. They both met in college and have been together for almost 5 years. I could tell that they have been to together for a while just by they way they interact and joke around. It was kind of like watching Roger and I….except Roger is a little embarrassing at times. It was a joy and a great experience photographing both Amanda’s and Nick’s engagement session. I hope we stay in contact, and best of luck with you two!

Below are some photographs of Monica doing make-up and hair for Amanda. If you want to see her blog, click her name.

Here are some photographs taken at Lenape Park in Perkasie.
After Lenape Park, we were all hungry so we decided to stop at Monica’s work-which is this awesome Spanish restaurant. Their food was great!
Decided to do a detail of the ring with Amanda’s Margarita. Love the way it came out!
After the restaurant, we went to the Promenade Shops Saucon Valley by Bethlehem and Allentown.
